- Customer Data. Images, text, prompts, and other data you submit to the Service to run inferences. We treat this as confidential.
- Usage information. Logs of API calls, request and response payloads, model versions, latencies, and error states.
- Device information. IP address, browser, and operating system metadata necessary to deliver and secure the Service.

- To deliver, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To debug issues, monitor performance, and detect abuse.
- To improve our models and quality assurance, in accordance with the agreement governing your use of the Service.

- Service providers who host the platform, send transactional email, or process payments. These vendors are bound by contract to use the data solely on our instructions.
- Your team administrators, who have visibility over team-scoped activity.

Customer Data is stored and processed in the United Kingdom and European Union. We do not transfer Customer Data outside the UK or EU without an appropriate safeguard.

We retain account information for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Customer Data is retained according to the retention period agreed with your organisation; on termination we delete or return Customer Data on request.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08 · Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us via the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
09 · Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember UI preferences. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising.
10 · Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
